The place is huge so be understanding. Wendy Goldsmith. I just stayed at the Chelsea Hotel at Atlantic City. I was very skeptical about staying at this hotel because of the reviews.

Glad I went anyway. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The Chelsea Luxe is the better one of the two. The decor was very nice. Did not want to leave the room.

The bed was comfortable. Room very clean. Staff was excellent. The sky bridge is open. Love this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The bridge that is supposed to connect is not open. It is listed as a 3. Checking out immediately and getting a refund was the only positive thing about this experience.

Michael Barnes. First of all the hotel is nice but look kind of old not updated a bit run down looking! The staff is friendly, the breakfast was good, the shower is not really built for a tall person due to it being shorter, the bathroom counter top for the sink is not built for two people to put the stuff on being that its very small, the hand towel holder over the sink came off of the wall just by touching the towel to dry my hands.

The fridge froze everything even the bottle waters due to not having a temperature control to lower it down and NO microwave to reheat any food so left overs had to be thrown away!

The king size bed is very comfortable and the ocean view was gorgeous! We did not like the fact that they kept ringing the fire alarm which were false alarms and very inconvenient due to them constantly saying to leave the premises to go down from the 12th floor by stairs but how with my woman who is handicap!

Instead of them checking it out they rang the alarm on 3 occasions! They have great wifi and we had to pay for valet parking since there was no private parking for guests.

Be advised that the indoor pool is not located on the premises you have to go to the other building and go to the indoor pool on the 6th floor which is small!!!!

So be prepared. But it is an okay place! Jeff Hawarden. Since the Tropicana has taken over this property, it has gone through a major transformation.

New bars, restaurants, beautiful kitchen. They've built a bridge on the 5th floor connecting the 5th floor of the 2 towers. The pool is absolutely glorious and the views are spectacular.
